Regional Roster Requirements: Rosters must include a minimum of 2 locally trained representatives at all time in any given match. They must include 3 LTRs within their extended rosters if they possess any substitutes.
A Benelux LTR status is defined when a player fulfills one or more of the following criteria:

Team Requirements: Teams may only field one roster per tournaments. Organisations participating in upper divisions of the ESLOL may only field developmental/academic teams under the condition that these teams are competing 2 divisions underneath their main team (ex: Div 1 teams may only field academic teams in Division 3/Amateur).
Region & Upper Division Lock Rules: If a player has played for 50% or more of applicable split matches of a 1st or 2nd Division of any given regions, they will be ineligible to participate in the current applicable ESLOL Amateur Circuit split.
Players who are currently signed to a non-Benelux Division 1 or 2 team will be ineligible to participate in the current applicable ESLOL Amateur Circuit split.
Players who are currently signed to a Benelux Division 1 or 2 team are subject to be allowed to compete under the condition that they have played under 50% of matches in their league.
Players MUST keep their LoL Launcher Summoner Name up to date on their profiles! Teams that do not abide per these rules can open themselves to potential punishments.
In two-way ties, head to head will always be used to break potential ties.
If three or more teams are tied up, the cumulated head to head score will first be looked upon in order to try and break the tie. If a tie remains, admins will seed team accordingly by using the cumulated win time of matches involving the tied teams substracted by the loss time of teams involved within the tie. Once a seeding is declared, teams involved in a potentially eliminating scenario will be made to play a tiebreaker match while other teams will automatically be given the higher seeds going into the next phase of matches.
Teams must always use the tournament codes provided to them through their personal results tab. Please remember that only team administrators and moderators can see these codes. Contact an admin through Discord in case of issues.
The admin has the final say and their decision is non-debatable. All communication is confidential, and cannot be shared without permission from the admin.
All players on a rosters can be subbed in at any time throughout matches.
A screenshot of the end game lobby must be shared in Discord as verification for match results.
When a team isn't present in your game's lobby or find themselves facing issues (ex: Disconnect, lag, etc...), you will be requested to contact an admin as soon as an issue arises. Once an admin intervenes, the team undergoing issues or causing them will have 15 mins to resolve their problems before being forced to forfeit their match. This time may be extended for up to 5 more minutes depending on the situation if an admin deems an extension to be needed.
Cheats are not allowed. If a player is caught cheating, they will be disqualified immediately and will receive a ban from future competitions.
In Group Stages, side will be randomly generated for every games
In Bracket matches, side selection will be given to the team holding the higher seed. If no higher seed is declared, teams will be required to flip a coin to decide the team with side selection.
In subsequent games within a series, teams losing the previous games will always be given side selection.
Recently added champions will be banned until two weeks after release. If exactly two weeks have passed after the release of a champion, this champion will be allowed to be played.
